2026 EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Foreman 2 (Project Lead)

The following agreement stipulates the terms of employment that must be adhered to by the Foreman 2 employed with Plant Studio Landscape.

Deliverables and Accountabilities
The Foreman 2 is a frontline leader. You are responsible for the productivity of a small crew (1–2 people) and ensuring that the high-quality standards of Plant Studio Landscape are met on every jobsite daily.

Compensation:
As a landscape technician, you will be paid $26/hr, on a weekly basis. The pay period encompasses the previous week from Monday-Sunday. Payment deposits are guaranteed by the following Friday, but typically issued the following Thursday of each week. Pay stubs are not distributed, but are available upon request with 24 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. They will not be issued outside of those hours.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 7 am – 5 pm. It is expected that you arrive at the shop 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time each day. Full time is assumed but not guaranteed. Occasionally overtime and Saturdays will be required. Saturdays between March 15-May 31 are expected to be available if needed.
